CHILDREN AND PETS
We are unable to accommodate pets staying in the hotel. We currently only have one family room but children are welcome to stay (sharing parents' room) are charged at 75% of tariff rate. Dogs are very welcome in the bar area, you never know there might be a doggie treat in it for them.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY
Single occupancy of any room is charged as a supplement to the rate shown in the tariff. £30 per room per night (high season) and £25 (medium / low season)

NON-SMOKING
The Queens Hotel is a totally non-smoking establishment.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
All reservations are from 3.00pm on the day of arrival, and every effort will be made to have rooms ready for occupation by that time. Guests are asked to vacate their room by 11.00am on the day of departure, otherwise a further full day's rate may be charged.

ROOMS
All bedrooms have tea and coffee making facilities, colour television, radio and hair dryers. All rooms are supplied with cotton towels and are en-suite.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served out breakfast room from 8.45am until 9.30am. Breakfasts include a choice of cerials and cooked breakfasts. Special diets and vegetarian options can be catered for, subject to prior notification.

HOTEL BAR
The Hotel is licensed to sell wines, spirits and beers. Our opening hours are typically low season 12pm to 11pm, high season 11pm to 1am.

CAR PARKING
Patrons may stop outside to drop their belonging off while booking into the hotel. We do not have a customer car park however Penwith council has some great local car parks - links can be found here.

ACCESS AND MOBILITY
The Queens Hotel is built up some steps, from the high street, and the hotel comprises five levels, with steps between each level. We do not have a lift. As such, the premises are unfortunately unsuitable for wheelchair users or guests with mobility difficulties.

SPECIAL NEEDS
Please advise any special needs of anyone in the party at the time of booking. Should there be anything you feel we should be made aware of in order to ensure your comfort and safety whilst you are with us, please do not hesitate to inform us.

VALUABLES
The Hotel cannot be held responsible for any articles of value.

BOOKINGS
A Deposit of £40 per person is required to reserve any accommodation. A Booking is confirmed by letter, fax or email by the Hotel only when the Deposit has been received. The Deposit may be paid by Credit Card or Cheque.

CANCELLATIONS
Twenty-eight days notice of a cancellation of booking is required. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The Hotel will make all reasonable efforts to re-let the accommodation, but if this fails, the Guest will be liable for an amount equal to two-thirds of the booking value. Where credit card details have been provided by the Guest for payment of the Deposit, the Hotel may debit the Guest's credit card with the balance due. We strongly recommend you insure against the possibility of cancellation.

The Hotel reserves the right to cancel a booking forthwith and without liability on its part in the event of any cause beyond its control which prevents it from performing its obligations relating to any booking, and will refund the deposit in full and have no further liability to the Guest.

PAYMENT
Cheques are accepted provided they are covered by a valid banker's card. The Hotel reserves the right to ask for alternative payment or further identification. The following credit cards are accepted: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo and Switch. We do not take JCB or American Express methods of payments.
